Hi Cuties,
I recently ran across this story on Trangender Heaven called "Silent Discrimination - A Curse or a Blessing!" by Ms. Catherine Anne Vos.
The story is about this persons transition to their true gender.
She talks about the wonderful parts to transition, the changes to the body and the mind and if you are anything like me it was a wonderful journey.
But then she starts talking about the other changes. Those moments when you are moving down the road of life and you look around and don't see a lot of the people you thought were traveling with you. You know, family, friends and acquaintances.
She goes on to detail the small changes at work. How once your work passed with flying colors and yet now it seems to need more scrutiny.
I won't go further into the story.
I do highly recommend that if you are anything like me or the Author that you read her story.
There are a lot of different stories on this website that I think would be worth your time regardless of whether you consider yourself trans or not at this time.
Maybe you only identify that you are a crossdresser and have no plans to change. I was like that for much of my life.
I think that was because I could not see a clear or safe path to take but once I reached a point were the obstacles in my life were diminished I wasted no time running headlong into my future.
And what a wonderful future it has been. Not every step nor every day but to be honest I have to say that there have been many more good than bad days.
What about you?
I would like to hear from you, my readers, about your journey. I want to hear about the good and the bad and everything in between.
You can reach me directly through email at ironicallymeeka@gmail.com.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Until then join us tomorrow at Noon for Girle Talk with Stephanie Danderson.
