Hi Cuties,
Here is a week’s worth of transgender news you might want
to check out.
A man, in Dublin, Ireland was sentenced to two and a half
years in prison for beating an 86-year-old genetic female who suffers from dementia.
Alex Bailey said he so stoned that he thought that his
victim was a man dressed up as a woman.
Video footage shows Bailey harassing and beating her over a period of 42
minutes. He then threw her into a garbage
bin and closed the lid. When she got out,
he punched her in the face and kicked her some more.
Students walking by jumped in to save the day.
Adding insult to injury, Bailey also stole her wallet.

A federal judge is considering whether to block Florida’s
ban on gender-affirming medical care for transgender youth.
Attorneys for the parents of three transgender children
appeared before a federal judge in Florida on Friday, seeking to block the ban
on gender affirming care for minors that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis approved
this week.
Along with the ban, DeSantis also signed bills that
restrict pronoun use in schools and force students to use the bathroom matching
their gender at birth.
DeSantis also signed restrictions on drag shows which gives
the state the power to revoke food and beverage licenses of offending businesses.
Someone, give that man a BudLight.

A Trump-appointed judge has blocked a transgender woman
from attending her graduation in her valid gender.
U.S. District Judge Taylor McNeel of the Southern District
of Mississippi ruled against granting a restraining order to block the school’s
dress code from being enforced.
Mississippi is the worst states to be a transgender person. Laws that allow doctors and hospitals to
refuse to provide gender affirming care are among the many in place.
They also have a definition of marriage that means one man
and one woman, that sexual relations should only happen inside such a marriage
and that gender is “immutable” and corresponds to sex at birth.
And all this from the State that invented the toothbrush.
Anywhere else and it would have been named the teethbrush.
